Leading Out has been a light in my journey from Canada to Australia! Thanks to Steve and his team’s ongoing support, we were able to smoothly prepare our documents for traveling from Canada to Australia, making the entire transition effortless. They provided the resources we needed to get ourselves settled when we arrived in Melbourne, and all information given about substitute teaching and contract positions has been true to it’s word. Working in Melbourne has cultivated my behaviour management skills, social skills, and has given me a community of local and international people with whom I can continue to grow, both personally and professionally. There are ample opportunities to work in long-term teaching positions, and consistent work for those happy with casual teaching. It’s wonderful to move across the world knowing you have a reliable source of income as a young professional, and even more reassuring to know you’re working with agencies that prioritise your well-being. Thanks to Leading Out and all of the people along the way who have alleviated stress and given me the security to safely take chances!
